Xingu Mission
Kevin and Angie Van Hulle

Kevin and Angie joined the Xingu Mission in June of 2005, after visiting the mission on numerous short terms trips the previous 5 years. They spent their first year helping oversee the guest house in Altamira and participating in church planting with the Colina Church (a church they helped build on their first mission trip!).

After spending one year in Altamira, God called them to join the Bouthillier family serving in Porto de Moz, a small town about 100 km north of Altamira and reachable only by boat. In Porto de Moz, they are involved with the Central Vineyard Church and help with river church planting efforts. Additionally, Kevin works closely with the water filter project (partially funded by Thirst Relief International) and Angie helps minister to the families in the area.

The Van Hulle’s have three adult daughters, two of whom are married, Jo Beth (Andrew Fruechtnicht), Jessica and Lyndsey (Doug Bell), and four grandchildren, Elena, Elizabeth, Timmy and Jeremiah. Their families live in the United States. They are sponsored by the Vineyard Church of Delaware County in Sunbury, Ohio.
