The church plants in Belém and Palmas may be just sprouts, but they are growing and participating in the God’s Kingdom expansion.  A great aspect of church planting is the values and principles being seeded from the very beginning creating vision of being a church of outward focused action.

Vineyard Belém, led by Steve and Elba Dolan, held a welcome class allowing those attending to understand the theology, values, principles and ministry practices of the church.  Following this class they had 22 officially join the church and five people were baptized, including a father and daughter.  The public declaration of baptism warms the heart as people show outwardly the healing and freedom gained inwardly.  It is exciting to see the healing and growth happening in this church plant.

Vineyard Palmas, led by Keith and Marsha Wilson, held the same welcome class and had 4 officially join the church.  This small church recently reached outside its doors by providing food baskets for 5 other churches in heavily needy areas.  The church also supported and participated in Semear Sorrisos (seeding smiles), a dental team that provides services to needy areas, where free dental services were provided to 170 people including 47 children.

We do what we do out of love for God and a desire for others to know God’s love for them.  Your support in us fulfilling this role here in Brazil is greatly appreciated!

God bless you!
