We are back in Brazil! Bless you!!!

Hello

We are so grateful for all your prayers and support.  Please keep them up!  Be blessed with the below update.

During our outreach to serve the community.  Niltinho reminded our group that we are not just handing out soup—we are offering prayer, hope, and the presence of God —and that this is truly making a difference in people’s lives.  Right after he shared this, a woman walked into the church and, without hearing what had been said, spoke almost the same words.  She said she was grateful for the soup, but what impacted her most was when Elba prayed with her about legal struggles and mistreatment from her employer.  After years of waiting, and following that prayer, her employer finally paid the benefits she was owed — a powerful testimony that God is moving in both practical and deeply personal ways.  Not only was this encouraging for the woman, but it was encouraging for our team as well.

FUNDRAISING UPDATE

We are so deeply grateful for your generosity and faithfulness.  Praise God, we have wonderful news to share!  Through a couple of significant one-time gifts, we were able to reach our fundraising goal.  What an encouragement this has been to our hearts.

We are especially thankful for the new ministry partners who have recently joined us.  Each gift represents trust, shared vision, and a commitment to seeing God’s Kingdom advance — and we do not take that lightly.

As we look ahead, we are praying specifically for an increase in monthly partners.  Again, we are deeply grateful for one-time donations, but recurring support provides stability and allows us to plan, build, and minister with greater confidence and long-term sustainability.  If you would consider praying about becoming a monthly partner, it would mean so much to us.  Thank you for praying with us.

On a personal note, Camilly did great during our time back in the USA.  She held down the fort in Brazil, and we are proud of her.  That was the first time we had been apart for so long.  Alyssa is going to break that record now that we have left her in the States to study at the bible college.  She is excelling and making new friends.  We are very proud of both of them!

PRAYER REQUEST:

Please pray for our church, leadership, and congregation that they may help people draw closer to God and reveal His plans for the church and for us.

Please pray for our family.

Please pray for our spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and financial health.

Please pray that we can find permanent land and buildings in Belem.

Much love, Steve, Elba, Camilly, and Alyssa
