Grand opening!We appreciate your faithful prayers and support! We inaugurated our church building and its new second-floor space with an array of events. We invited Elba Dolan, a national leader, to come as our special guest speaker. She spoke to our small group of potential leaders and reaffirmed our values and priorities. We hosted a breakfast for women and encouraged their value as participants in the Kingdom. We celebrated God and his work with a worship service. After that, we dedicated the area and our lives to God’s glory during an inauguration service. We were greatly encouraged when a number of pastors from churches in Pará joined us in celebrating. We hope the images allow you to share in the excitement of this momentous occasion. 
On a personal noteOne of Keith’s strategies for getting to know people has been through running, cycling, and swimming. Unfortunately, he had a cycling accident which shattered his right clavicle. He is mending well. He misses the interaction from these activities. Please pray for full healing.  PrayerPlease continue praying that God will connect us with key people and give us direction as we seek to guide this group and form a community of Christ followers. Pray for divine encounters for us to demonstrate the love of God. Pray for God’s provision and discernment in training leaders. Pray that Keith is able to finish his master’s degree on time.
