Hello
We are so grateful for all your prayers and support. Please keep them up because as you will see below, THEY ARE WORKING! Be blessed with the update below. This past month, we experienced one of the greatest miracles in the history of Vineyard Belém.
After years of praying, searching, and trusting God, we were able to purchase a permanent building for our Church! It has been a dream since we planted Vineyard Belém, and now God has made a way.

We pray this building is much more than a building. We pray that it is a church where people will encounter Jesus, families will be restored, leaders will be trained, children and youth will be discipled, and new churches will be planted throughout Brazil. Our prayer is that the Church will become a base for advancing God’s Kingdom. It is our mission that “We’re not just building a church. We’re building a church that plants churches.”
This new space will become a ministry and training center serving not only our local congregation but also pastors, leaders, and church planters throughout the Amazon region.
Purchasing the building required us to invest all of the resources we had available. Now we are trusting God again to provide what is needed to prepare the building for ministry. We need to complete renovations, furnish the facility, and make it ready to welcome people to hold our very first worship service in the new building as soon as possible, as our lease is coming to an end. We are already working! If you want to donate to help support the renovations, please click the donate button below.

We are filled with gratitude as we look back on God’s faithfulness, and with expectation for what He will do next.
We asked ChatGPT for an idea of how the building could potentially look. Pretty nice!!!

Alyssa celebrated her 19th birthday on July 4th. She celebrated it on the river, ministering alongside Midge Shaw. Midge has been coming to Brazil and evangelizing for more than 25 years. It is always a blessing to have her come and minister alongside her. Alyssa and Midge traveled by boat for more than a week, visiting remote communities and sharing the good news of Jesus. They endured the heat and the bugs at night.

Thank you for walking alongside us as together we participate in what God is doing in Brazil.
Would you pray with us for:
· God’s continued provision for the renovation and preparation of the building.
· Wisdom and strength for our team and every decision.
· That this building would become a place where thousands of people encounter Jesus for generations to come.
· Please pray for our family.
· Please pray for our spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and financial health.
· Please pray that Elba’s book gets into all the right hands that the Lord wants to have receive it.
Much love, Steve, Elba, Camilly, and Alyssa
